This textbook offers outstanding and comprehensive coverage of the field of interpersonal conflict. It is well researched, yet offers real life examples to apply the material to our own lives. I purchased this textbook for a communication class that I took this summer. It is a great source of guidance, insight, and information. It is very easy to read and not boring at all. I highly recommend it.
