Thomas McNemar, MD, is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He is a faculty member of the Stanford Medical School Division of Plastic Surgery. He lives in Tracy, California. C. Andrew Salzberg, MD, specializes in cosmetic surgery and breast surgery. He is the chief of plastic surgery at Dobbs Ferry Hospital and clinically active at Westchester Medical Center and Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center. He lives in Tarrytown, New York. Steven Seidel, MD, is a plastic surgeon and the director of Seidel Plastic Surgery, a cosmetic surgery clinic. He lives in Cullman, Alabama.
