Author Biography

Robert J. Kozak is a Certification Manager for a U.S. based registrar. He is a Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Safety Professional and a private pilot. His strong automotive and product safety background helped him to develop a QS-9000 seminar voted #2 in 1995 by Detroit's Automotive Industry Action Group. George Krafcisin is President of Mosiac Management, Inc. He is a Certified Industrial Hygienist, a Certified Safety Professional, an Associate in Risk Management, and has served as President of an ISO 9000 registrar.
