Author Biography

Suzanne M. Babich, DrPH, MS, RDN, is a registered dietitian and Professor and Associate Dean of Global Health at the Indiana University Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health in Indianapolis. She holds a doctorate in public health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. A former newspaper columnist, she is the author of 14 diet and health books and more than 600 newspaper columns and magazine articles translating research into practical advice for the public.
