The new quality handbook is a fantastic reference to all things quality. New chapters cover benchmarking, Six Sigma, Lean, and Ecoquality as well as chapters that break down quality challenges and solutions by industry. I used it for the Quality Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Quality Management, and Quality Auditing exams, and it served me well in each case. This is an excellent textbook that is highly recommended for those involved in quality control and management. I received the used textbook much earlier than I expected as well. The seller kept their word as to the condition. It was in better condition that I thought it would be. Thanks.
