Summary

A natural, innovative program to help you lose fat, increase muscle, and boost energy. Sports medicine and anti-aging expert Dr. Karlis Ullis shows how to use the body's natural hormonal responses to food and exercise to lose weight and improve health. This safe and effective plan will help anyone: * coordinate the timing of meals and exercise throughout the day to promote fat burning instead of fat storage; * eat their favorite foods such as carbohydrates and sweets during the "Magic Window" hour after exercise to fuel muscle building; * minimize workout time with customized weight-training and energizing aerobic exercises; * "hormonally charge" exercise to overcome weight-loss plateaus with safe, natural supplements; * avoid middle-age weight gain, osteoporosis, and loss of energy and libido by leading a hormonally balanced life.
