Summary

""Only the sun and moon can remember now how it looked then. Lush, rich, tangled. Savage. Shadowed. A world populated by demons and serpents, by wild men and proud, sensual women. A world of mystery. Magic. Music. Murder." After over ten years out of print, this omnibus unites the first two books of the popular Frank Frazetta-inspired Death Dealer series, based on the iconic painting of the same name. "Prisoner of the Horned Helmet introduces suffering hero Gath of Baal. In the mists of time, before Atlantis rose, an age rife with sorcery and violence, the earth trembled beneath the all-conquering hooves of the Kitzaak Horde. Gath must dare to confront the Kitzaak lances, to stand between the never-defeated armies and the valley that will millennia later be know as the Mediterranean Sea. Gath must dice with the gods to save the peaceful People of the Forest, and the price he must pay is to don the Horned Helmet and become death made flesh. In "Lords of Destruction, Gath, now imprisoned in the helmet, has been rechristened the Death Dealer. Only the innocent touch of the maiden Robin Lakehair could free him from its murdero
