Author Biography
Jan Wouters is Full Professor of International Law and International Organizations, Jean Monnet Chair ad personam EU and Global Governance, and founding Director of the Institute for Intenational Law and of the Leuven Centre for Global Governance Studies.
Michal Ov?dek is Research Fellow at the Center for Empirical Jurisprudence and Legal Theory, KU Leuven and Associate Fellow at the Leuven Centre for Global Governance Studies.
