Deborah K. Dilley, Director, SmartPros Banking, is a seasoned financial services executive and senior manager with a successful two-decade career in the banking, high tech, and corporate training industries. She was founder and CEO of Sage Online Learning, Inc. prior to its acquisition by SmartPros, Ltd., and has held senior management positions at Bankers Trust (now Deutsche Bank), Wells Fargo, and Omega Performance Corporation, where she served as executive vice president. Dilley brings an in-depth knowledge of the regulatory demands and training requirements of the financial services industry, as well as the technical know-how to deliver online learning reliably and effectively.
