Author Biography
Teniente coronel de artillería e ingeniero municipal, ingresó al Heróico Colegio Militar en 1943, donde se graduó como teniente de artillería. Fue rechazado del curso de Ingenieros Militares, pues una de las condiciones de ingreso era ostentar el grado de subteniente. En 1950 ingresó a la licenciatura de Ingeniería Topografica e Hidrográfica en la Escuela Superior de Ingeniería y Arquitectura del Instituto Politécnico Nacional. En 1957 estudió la licenciatura en Ingeniería Municipal en la Escuela de Ingeniería Municipal de la Secretaría de Educación Pública.
