The book itself is overall a good textbook. I found it pretty easy to understand, and organized well. It provides important updates to criminal laws in the post 9-11 world. I liked the index of cases in the back, which was useful while writing papers. This book is excellent in explaining concepts of criminal law. It is extremely detailed in the Penal Code and the justice system statues. If you need this book and want to save some cash, I highly recommend getting it from here :)
