Summary

The San Francisco Giants won their third World Series in five years in 2014, and Championship Blood: The 2014 World Series Champion San Francisco Giants captures the season like no other book does. This large-format, jacketed, full-color photo book features the dynamic photographs of legendary Sports Illustrated photographer Brad Mangin. Paired with stories and essays by KNBR Sports Radio's Brian Murphy (of the "Murph and Mac" show), Championship Blood is sure to please anyone who considers themselves a San Francisco Giants fan and wants to remember the Giants' historic run in 2014.

Author Biography

Brian Murphy is a popular sports radio show host on San Francisco's KNBR and the author of San Francisco Giants: 50 Years, Worth the Wait; The Last Putt; Worth the Wait; Never. Say. Die.; and the recently released San Francisco 49ers: From Kezar to Levi's.

Brad Mangin is a freelance sports photographer based in the San Francisco Bay Area where he regularly shoot assignments for Sports Illustrated and Major League Baseball Photos. Brad's first two books, Worth the Wait and Never. Say. Die., were both published in celebration of the San Francisco Giants' recent World Series Championships.
