César Muela Ruiz (Puertollano, 1989) es periodista especializado en tecnología y cultura. Lleva quince años escribiendo sobre música y es creador del blog Más Decibelios y colaborador de la web de heavy y rock RafaBasa.com. Ha hecho centenares de crónicas de conciertos, críticas de discos, entrevistas y artículos sobre todo tipo de artistas. También es músico y productor, y llegó a participar como uno de los cantantes protagonistas en una adaptación del musical Jesucristo Superstar.

César Muela Ruiz (Puertollano, 1989) is a journalist specialized in technology and culture. He has been writing about music for fifteen years and is the creator of the Más Decibelios blog and a contributor to the heavy and rock website RafaBasa.com. He has done hundreds of concert reviews, record reviews, interviews and articles on all kinds of artists. He is also a musician and producer, and came to participate as one of the lead singers in an adaptation of the musical Jesus Christ Superstar.
