Author Biography

Valmik Thapar is Member, Central Empowered Committee, set-up by the Supreme Court of India to look at a series of issues related to India's forests. he has spent twenty-seven years working to save the tiger, India's forests, and her wildlife. He has presented the famous BBC film series 'Land of the Tiger' and has twelve books on wildlife to his credit He is the founder of the Ranthambhore Foundation and is member of several government committees
